Reporting a teacher absence and FMLA information:
UPON RETURNING FROM AN ABSENCE, DOWNLOAD/REQUEST AND COMPLETE AN ABSENCE CERTIFICATION FORM AND GIVE IT TO THE SAA UPON YOUR RETURN.
Below is information and forms you will need:
1. Call Substitute Teacher Request System at 877-528-7378.
Your User ID = Single Sign-On User Name
Password = Single Sign-On Password
2. Call school the morning of the absence by 7:15 a.m.
3. Call school the day of the absence by 3:15 p.m. to report your status for the next day.
